Ellayne is an exceptional promoter through speaking, publications, and industry association leadership used to drive organizational brand awareness, business referrals and funding.  She has been an executive leader for all aspects of operations in not-for-profit organizations, adult care communities, hospitals and rehabilitation centers, education and private practice.  She has grown and turned around not-for-profit organizations and departments by providing operational and administrative leadership for both the business and clinical operations. Ellayne has managed finance and budgeting, fundraising and grants, event planning, continuous improvement initiatives, marketing and public relations. She has overseen new facility construction, established policies and procedures, shaped public policy, conducted healthcare advocacy, secured accreditation and managed compliance with federal and state regulations.
